How Do I Know the Agency Is Genuine?

This is always the first real question, even when it is phrased differently.

Go to atol.org.uk. Enter the agency name or licence number. Confirm it is listed and currently valid.

ATOL Air Travel Organiser's Licence is a UK government protection scheme. Every UK agency selling flight-inclusive packages must hold it by law. If they fail before your trip, your money is refunded. If they fail while you are in Saudi Arabia, you get home at no extra cost.

What Is Actually Included?

Does It Matter Which Hotel We Choose?

More than almost anything else about the package.

In Makkah you visit Masjid Al Haram many times every day. Five prayers plus Tawaf and personal worship — typically 6 to 10 visits daily. Every visit is a round trip from your hotel.

From a hotel 20 minutes away: 40-minute round trips, multiplied across 8 visits daily for 10 nights = over 50 hours of walking.

From a hotel 5 minutes away: 10-minute round trips. The Haram is immediately accessible.

Always ask: what is the specific hotel name and how many minutes on foot from the nearest Haram entrance?
